For her Dutch visit, the Valentino was her only choice, her second couture gown from Valentino on the same day. She was wearing this gorgeous Valentino Spring 2013 Couture for the after party.  To make it clear, she was dressed  head to toe in Valentino , the shoes are also from the same Valentino collection.
